On The Brink Podcast by Andi Simon, Ph.D.
People — be they customers, employees, or partners — cannot objectively tell you why they behave in certain ways, or even how you can solve their problems. At times you need to find ways to grow but feel stalled. Perhaps “ a little anthropology” can help. When you view your business with the eyes of an outsider, you can discover what these behaviors mean and find solutions otherwise overlooked. In the On the Brink Podcast, and her book by the same name, corporate anthropologist Andi Simon brings together thought leaders, authors, CEOs and entrepreneurs, women innovators and exceptional business coaches to help you and your business “soar.” Listen to how new ideas can help you achieve “aha!” moments leading to meaningful innovation and growth. In addition to the On the Brink Monday interviews, Andi hosts “Ask Andi” sessions on Fridays. Send her your questions and see “how a little anthropology” can help you and your business grow. High-Income Business Writing by Ed Gandia
The High-Income Business Writing Podcast is for business writers and copywriters who want to earn more in less time doing work they love for better clients.
I started the show four years ago because I saw a huge gap in the podcast world for episodic advice and information geared specifically toward freelance writers and copywriters. There were a million blogs in existence. But no one was regularly publishing actionable tips, ideas and strategies in an audio format to help writers launch and grow their freelance businesses.
I noticed how much time idle time I had in the car, in the gym and during walks. And I found myself listening to more and more podcasts. I figured I wasn’t the only one doing this. So I decided to shift entirely from blogging to podcasting as an experiment.
The results were astonishing. Response was way better than I ever expected. And I’ve never looked back.
